• Only individuals are eligible to enroll in any jewellery saving plan or purchase scheme.
• Enrollment is not permitted for companies, partnership firms, trusts, HUFs, or NRIs.
• Minors may enroll only through their natural or legal guardians.
• Valid photo ID, address proof, and bank details must be provided at the time of enrollment.
• The Company reserves the right to verify customer identity through OTP, SMS, or other methods.
• All submitted documents may be verified for authenticity.
• Accumulated amounts can be redeemed only against Gold, Silver, or Diamond Jewellery.
• Premature withdrawal before completion of the plan will not be eligible for any benefits.

Refund Policy

Any refunds, if applicable, will be made only via cheque or online bank transfer to the account mentioned in the enrollment form. Cash refunds are not permitted.

Use of Content

All content, logos, images, text, designs, and trademarks displayed on this website/app are the exclusive property of Ishara Gold & Diamonds and may not be used without prior permission.

Acceptable Use & Security

• Unauthorized access to systems or data is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to breach security or disrupt services is not allowed.
